During this class you will learn how to make the 'choux' pastry which is the basics of lots of recipes like "éclairs", "gougères", "Saint-Honoré" cake, etc. All ingredients are provided by us. You will go back home with all recipes and samples of what you prepared during the workshop (for instance Baguette, bread and sample of home-made Nutella or Risotto portion & mini-pavlova)
Fees for scheduled classes must be paid in full in advance by Paynow on +65 9150 4722 in order to secure your booking in adding date session & name of the attendant (ex:Mina2410). Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or transfers to another class will be given seven days before the scheduled class as we assume financial and other commitments once a booking is made. You may send a replacement if you can’t attend but prior notice must be given to Sucré-Salé at least 48h before.
