ABOUT ME

Born in the kitchen, as my father is a chef and a cooking teacher, I was always attracted by food, cooking, restaurants and gastronomy. I have always shared my love of cooking with others, such as my three kids, as they are my biggest fans! I started to share my passion of cooking in Japan, as I have lived there for 10 years. In Japan, I used to teach my Japanese friends how to cook French and western food, which is what inspired me to start doing cooking classes.
