Description

Helpers will learn how to prepare the Beetroot carpaccio, cook the fresh beetroot, make the dressing with the herbs. They will learn how to cook the fish with the herbs crust, sauce beurre blanc and mashed sweet potato and the pavlova. All ingredients are provided by us. You will go back home with all recipes and samples of what you prepared during the workshop

Cancellation Policy

Fees for scheduled classes must be paid in full in advance by Paynow on +65 9150 4722 in order to secure your booking in adding date session & name of the attendant (ex:Mina2410). Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or transfers to another class will be given seven days before the scheduled class as we assume financial and other commitments once a booking is made. You may send a replacement if you can’t attend but prior notice must be given to Sucré-Salé at least 48h before.
